A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
DEDICATING ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STINE ROAD
(ADJACENT TO THE FIRE STATION PROPERTY) BETWEEN THE
ARVIN-EDISON CANAL AND 273 FEET SOUTH, WITHIN THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, the City of Bakersfield has acquired real property located in
the northeast quarter of Section 27, Township 30 South, Range 27 East,
M.D.B.&M., City of Bakersfield, Kern County, California, by deed recorded in
Book 6243, page 1528 of Official Records in the Office of the Kern County
Recorder; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bakersfield proposes to use a portion of the
property as public street: right-of-way providing for future widening of Stine
Road to City standard width.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
I. That the City of Bakersfield hereby dedicates the real property
described in Exhibit "A" as a public street.
2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Resolution
and shall cause a certified copy hereof, attested by the Clerk under the seal of
the City, to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of
Kern, California.

STINE ROAD ADDITIONAL RIGHT OF WAY
A parcel of land situated in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 30 South,
Range 27 East, M.D.B. & M., in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 27;
THENCE South 00o34'22" West, along the East line of the Northeast 1/4
of said Section 27, a distance of 1317.50 feet to a point on the
South right of way line of the Arvin-Edison Intake Canal;
THENCE North 89°07'53" West, along said canal right of way line, a
distance of 30.00 feet to a point on the West line of the East 30
feet of said Section 27 to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE South 00°34'22" West, along said West line, a distance of
273.00 feet;
THENCE North 89°25'38" West, a distance of 25.00 feet;
THENCE North 00°34'22" East, a distance of 273.13 feet to a point on
said South right of way line of the Arvin-Edison Intake Canal;
THENCE South 89°07'53" East, along said South right of way line, a
distance of 25.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
