The Bakersfield City Fire Department recently changed its City Ordinance concerning "hold open devices" on fuel dispensers. The Bakersfield City Fire · Department now requires that "hold open devices" be installed on all fuel dispensers. The new ordinance conforms to the State of California guidelines.
