NOTICE OF VIOLATION & SCHEDULE FOR COMPLIANCE
Dear Operations Manager:
It has come to our attention that you currently have a 120 gallon above
ground storage tank that has not been reported on your chemical inventory.
As you are well aware, Section 25503.5 & 25510 of the California Health
& Safety Code, Chapter 6.95 requires an accurate chemical inventory to be
reported on your Business Plan.
For your convenience, I am enclosing a Business Plan Packet which has
forms Which need to be complete, along with a site diagram. Please make
arrangements for this to be completed and returned within thirty (30) days.
Failure to comply will result in further enforcement action.
