93309.
Please note that our facilities at 6.SS:.l~and~g~l~T)istrict Blvd have been vacated and
contents moved to 3600 Bowman Court (Plan filed with County). We have moved from
5500 Ming Ave. Suite 300 to 10,000 Ming Ave., however the materials stored at 5500
will remain and will be maintained by All American until the expiration of our lease on
March 31 st, 1997. We will notify you at or prior to this date of any changes in the storage
of hazardous materials.

Brief Synopsis: The Safety Supervisor and District Superintendent are
immediately called to decide on the best course of action for a spill
clean-up. Depending upon the severity of the spill, it will be contained
by Company crews or a contractor such as IT Corp. will be called in immediately.
