WATER AVAILABILITY (FIRE HYDRANT): Section II.1: Discovery and Notifications Leak Detection and Monitoring Procedures: Generator: There is a visual inspection done two times a day. A monthly maintenance inspection is performed. All valves and tanks are inspected as well as the generator is started and run for 30 minutes. The generator is then inspected again for leaks etc. FM 200: The FM 200 is inspected daily. A quarterly 20 point inspection is performed. Any abnormality in the system will report a warning signal in the Network Operations Center and Jorgenson is notified immediately. A service technician is called out within 20 minutes. Employee and Agency Notification: In the case of an emergency, the notifying party will contact 911 or the appropriate agencies to report the problem. The notifying party will then contact Michael Galloway, President/CEO and Lynn Reid Brennan, E.V.P. Technology Operations. Environmental Response Management Once Michael Galloway has been notified he will notify Dave Schulz, Construction Coordinator who will call to administer clean up procedure with appropriate personnel. Emergency Medical Plan: If a situation arises where medial attention is needed all non serious injuries will be directed to Ming and Ashe Medical Center. Any major medical emergencies will be directed to Mercy Downtown Emergency Room or Hall ambulance will be called. Section II.2 Release Response Plan Hazard Assessment and Prevention Measures: Generator: The generator is self-contained and access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Any employee who is granted access to this area is fully trained on the generator and safety once a year. FM 200: The FM 200 system is self-contained and access to the server room is restricted to authorize personnel only. Any employee who is granted access to this area is fully trained on the generator and safety once a year. Release Containment and/or Mitigation: All personnel who have access to the generator and or the FM 200 system have a initial training course and a yearly review in all aspects of safety.
