You have a 600 gallon underground storage tank that must be properly closed (removed). You must make arrangements to have the five drums of what appear to be used motor oil properly disposed of. o You have a storage area that has at least 150 cans of paint varying in size from five gallons to one quart. Some of these cans appear to be usable. You may wish to donate the usable cans to a local group or organization. Many of the cans however, appear to be partially full and may not be usable. These must be properly disposed of. Weed abatement and removal of combustible materials. Because of the enormous quantity of wood, you have a significant threat of fire. o Make arrangements to properly secure your property. Repair a hole in fence. Per your request, I am enclosing a list of contractors and general clean-up services. This office does not indorse any of the companies on the list, so you may choose anyone you like. This list does not include every contractor or service company, only those who have sent us information on their services. You must initiate removal and clean-up action with sixty (60) days. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at 326-3979. Sincerely, Steve Underwood Inspector SBU/dm 9 October 1974 ...
