Bakersfield, CA 93312 REMINDER NOTICE Dear Mr./Ms. Meyers: The purpose of this letter is to remind you that your three Cathodic Protection Certification will be due on 10-13-04 S~ction 2635(A) of the California'Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16: "Field-installed cathodic protections systems shall be designed and certified as adequate by a corrosion specialist. The cathodic protection systems' shall be tested by a cathodic protection tester within six months of installation and at least every three years thereafter." Therefore prior to 10-13-04 you shall have your system re-certified to code requirements. Failure to comply will result in further enforcement action.
