A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD TO GIVE THE SUBDIVIDER OF PARCEL
MAP 6868 NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH THE WORK
UNDER IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT 84-119.
WHEREAS, Impi~ovement Agreement 84-119 for Parcel Map 6868
between the City of Bakersfield and Hilltop Developers, Inc., was
executed on May 27, 1!)84; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned Agreement and its extensions
required all improvements to be completed before December 6, 1987;
and
WHEREAS, the required improvements have not been
completed as of this date; and
WHEREAS, the cost of completing the improvements is
estimated to be $600,D00.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the Subdivider of and surety for Parcel
Map 6868 shall be giw~n fourteen (14) days written notice to pro-
ceed with the completion of the improvements as required by
Improvement Agreement 84-119. Should the Subdivider fail to
complete the aforementioned improvements within 60 days of the
written notice, the City of Bakersfield shall proceed against the
Subdivider and surety to recover all costs, direct and indirect,
and complete the work of improvement by independent contract or by
City forces.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
