Lane in Bakersfield, California.

CONDITIONS AS POLLOWS:

1. Permittee must notify Kern County Fire Department at (305) 861-2577 t~'JO
working days prior to initi~ting abandonment action to arrange for
required inspection(s).
2. Tank removal activities must be per Kern County Fire Department approved
methods as described in handout included with this permit.
3. All procedures used must be in accordance with requirements of Standards
and Guidelines developed for implementation of Kern County Ordinance
Code. A copy of these requirements are enelosed with this permit.
4. A minimum of two samples must be retrieved beneath the center of the tank
at depths of approximately two, feet and six feet. .
5. All samples must be analyzed for benzene, toluene, xylene and total
petroleum hydrocarbons.
6. . Advise this office of the time and date of proposed sampling wi th 24
hours advance notice.
