Based upon the sample results submitted, this Department is satisfied that the assessment is complete and no significant soil contamination has resulted from discharges of gasoline that may have been stored in the subject tank. The tank is presently being used on the premises for temporary storage of cesspool waste. With your consent, we would like to give the tank to Mr. Napier so that he can continue to use the tank for ~emporary storage of cesspool pumpings. Please advise if this meets with your approval.
