We have been requested to provide certain material in connection with handling of hazardous waste. In this re- gard, I am enclosing the completed form for our unit #344 on Wible Road. Please send us an additional form for the sec- ond unit which we will promptly complete return to you. In addition, a floor plan for the unit is enclosed. Some of the information I have listed as not applicable because I am not certain of what you are looking for in terms of mitigation, etc. We need more direction to com- plete your format. Additionally, since we operate a wholesale grocery business, it is very difficult to determine which of our items fit into a hazardous waste definition. The threshold amounts would appear to remove us (our products) from addi- tional compliance. Please advise the undersigned if more information is requested as it is our intention to comply with your requirements. uly yours, . ~-_. Davld J.
