RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT AND APPOINTING
FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 82-1 - CITY OF BAKERSFIELD- STOCKDALE SEWER
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to undertake
proceedings pursuant to special assessment and assessment bond acts
for the construction and financing of a public improvement project in
Assessment District No. 82-1; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be
served appointing and employing a financial consultant for said
proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1o That the agreement presented herewith and employing
BARTLE WELLS ASSOCIATES, municipal financing consultants, be and it
is hereby approved and includes, inter alia, financial consulting
services required in the conduct of proceedings of City of Bakersfield
Assessment District No. 82-1, and that the compensation be and it is
hereby fixed at the amount set forth in said agreement.
2. That all consultant fees and charges be assessed as
incidental expenses of said proceedings.
3. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
agreement and the City Clerk to attest said agreement.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 5th day of January , 1983,
by the following vote:
