A RESOLUTION OF ~HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKER3FIELD ADOPTING THE PANORk~% HIGHLANDS
PLANNED SEWER AREA AND MAKING FINDINGS RELATIVE THERETO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66483 of the California Government Code,
this Council is, upon the making of specified findings, authorized to adopt
sewer plans for local and neighborhood sewer areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
1. The Council hereby finds that, as to the Panor,ha Highlands Planned
Sewer Area, as described in the plans and maps therefore attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, subdivision and development of property within
each such area will require construction of facilities, described in each such
plan, and that the fees provided in each such plan are fairly apportioned within
each such area will require construction of facilities, described in each such
area either on the basis of benefits conferred on property for subdivision or on
the need for such facilities created by the proposed subdivision and development
of other property within each such area.
2. The Panorama Highlands Planned Sewer Area Plan is hereby adopted.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted
by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting thereof held on
