RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD DETERMINING TO MAKE A
CONTRIBUTION TO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 87-3
WHEREAS, this City Council has adopted Resolution No. 1036
declaring its intention to form Assessment District No. 87-3;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1037, a hearing was
called and held on the 30th day of March, 1988; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10205 of the California
Streets and Highways Code, the City may make a cash
contribution to an assessment district; and
WHEREAS, the Panama Union School District has paid the City
$26,938.03 as a contribution to the Improvements to be
constructed.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Bakersfield
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. This City Council finds and determines that
the City make a cash contribution to Assessment District NO.
87-3 in the amount of $26,938.03.
SECTION 2. The amount contributed by the City shall be
deposited in the Assessment District No. 87-3 Improvement Bond
Fund to be applied solely for the benefit of properties in
Zones 2 through 5 and 7.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield at a regular meeting held on May 25, 1988 by the
following vote:

ADDENDUM TO THE NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 87-3
Pursuant to the requirements of Section 8687 of the Streets
and Highways Code, the undersigned Treasurer of the City of
Bakersfield is recording this addendum to the Notice of
Assessment recorded pursuant to Section 3114 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California as Document No.
37434. Notice is hereby given that several assessments
assessed on the lots, pieces and parcels shown on the attached
Exhibit A have been paid in full and that the associated lien
against those lots, pieces and parcels has been fully
discharged.
