A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION OF
APPLICATION NO. 61-88 PROPOSING PRO-
CEEDINGS FOR ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD IDENTIFIED AS
CASA LOMA NO. 3 ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, the Council after public hearing on April 13,
1988, adopted its Resolution No. 61-88, proposing proceedings for
annexation of territory to the City of Bakersfield identified as
Annexation No. 327~ Casa Loma No. 3 Annexation; and
WHEREAS, the annexation number for the Casa Loma No. 3
Annexation needs to be changed to Annexation No. 321 for purposes
of sequencing, as requested by the Executive Director of Local
Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that Resolution of Application No. 61-88 is
hereby amended to change the annexation number from No. 327 to
No. 321 for the Casa Loma No. 3 Annexation; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this change in number be
reflected on all documents relating to the Casa Loma No. 3
Annexation; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk send an exe-
cuted copy of the amended resolution to the Executive Officer of
the Local Agency Formation Commission of Kern County at 1430
Truxtun Avenue, Suite 802, Bakersfield, California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on May 18, 1988 , by
