WHfRIEAS, the City of Bakersfield desires to develop a hcmeless
facility and rehabilitation of the Bethany ~ervice Center's Good Shepherd
Shelter located at 1530 through 1610 East Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield,
California.
NOW, TH~REFflRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that the Honorable Thcmas A. Payne, Mayor of the City of
Bakersfield, is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the
City of Bakersfield.
