A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD, ORDERING CHANGE AND
MODIFICATION TO ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-2

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bakers-
as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Coumcil of the City of Bakersfield
June 4, 1986, adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 1004;
and
of
WHEREAS, the City Council pursuant to
Intention No. 1004 did adopt the Engineer's
"Engineer's

and
Report") thereunder by Resolution No.
and Order Adopting Engineer's Report,
as Modified and Ordering the Work,
said Resolution

Confirming the
on July 9, 1986;
WHEREAS, Series A and Series B of the Improvement Bonds
for Assessment District No. 86-2 of the City of Bakersfield were
issued and sold; and
WHEREAS, the description of the improvements to be con-
structed and/or acquired with the Series A and Series B proceeds
requires further clarification and specification, especially as
to added work and improvements to be accomplished by Series C and
D proceeds thereunder; and
WHEREAS, said change and modification is attached here-
to as Exhibit "A" and is entitled "Change and Modification No. 3
City of Bakersfield Assessment District No. 86-2."
NOW, THERE]FORE, BE IT ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Engineer's Report be changed and modified
by adding Exhibit A, Change and Modification No. 3 with a more
defined breakdown of the improvements and incidentals to be accom-
plished by the proceeds of the Series C and Series D issues,
which work includes work added without increasing assessments.
2. That a copy oi the revised description of work
shall be attached to the Engineer's Report on file with the Super-
intendent of Streets and also a copy forwarded to the purchaser
of the Series A and Series B Bonds.

I HEREBY CERT1FY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on February 17, 1988 ,
