A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD, ORDERING CHANGE AND
MODIFICATION TO ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-2

further clarification and specification, especially as to added
work and improvements to be accomplished thereunder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Engineer's Report be changed and modified
by adding Exhibit A-l(Series A) with a more defined breakdown of
the improvements arid incidentals to be accomplished by the pro-
ceeds of the Series A issue, which work includes work added with-
out increasing assessments.
2. That a copy of the revised description of work
shall be attached to the Engineer's Report on file with the Super-
intendent of Streets and also a copy forwarded to the purchaser
of the Series A Bonds.
