RhlSOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSEIELI) DESIGNATING THE COLLECTION OFFICER
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 87-1
(RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1028)
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bakers-
field, california, that the Finance Director of said City be, and
is hereby, appointed Collection officer and the person to whom
payment of assessments shall be made under Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 1028, adopted by this City Council on July 17, 1987, and
that the Finance Director's offi,'e in Bakersfield City Hall, 1501
Truxtun A:~enue, Bakersfield, california, is hereby designated as
the place at which the said payments will be made, and the Super-
intendent of Streets is hereby relieved of all responsibility in
connect. ien with collecting said assessments.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on AUGUST 26, 1987 ,
