A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION OF' INTENTION
NO. 1004 (ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-2,
BUENA VISTA TRUNKLINE).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
that certain provisions of Resolution of Intention No. 1004,
adopted June 7, 1986, are hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 13 of said Resolution of Intention No. 1004 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"13. Except as herein otherwise provided for the issuance
of bonds, all of said improvements shall be done pursuant to the
provisions of the charter and the Bakersfield Municipal Code, as
applicable, and the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, as amended.
Section 13.08.050 A. of the Bakersfield Municipal Code does apply."

SECTION 2.
The amendment herein provided does not increase the total
of the assessment or change the scope of the work.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on August 12, 1987 , by
the following vote:
