A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD REVISING DATES OF REGULAR COUNCIL
MEETINGS AND WORKSHOPS HERETOFORE SET FOR THE
MONTHS OF AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER,
DECEMBER, 1987 AND JANUARY 1988.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to
time, by resolution change the meetings to be held during any
specified period of time.
WHEREAS, the Council has determined it is appropriate to
revise the dates heretofore specified in Resolution No. 123-87 by
adding a regular meeting on September 30, 1987, and deleting a
regular meeting on October 7, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the regular Council meetings for the
months of August, September, October, November, December 1987,
and January 1988, shall be at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers,
as follows:
August 12, 1987 November 4, 1987
August 26, 1987 November 18, 1987
September 9, 1987 December 2, 1987
September 23, 1987 December 16, 1987
September 30, 1987
January 6, 1988
October 21, 1987 January 20, 1988
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that Council meetings for the purpose of workshop
sessions commencing at 5:15 P.M. in the Basement of City Hall
Annex for the months of September, October, November, December,
1987, and January 1988, shall be as follows:
September 123, 1987 December 16, 1987
October 21, 1987 January 20, 1988
November 18, 1987

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
