ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION G OF SECTION
5.50.290 OF THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO TAXICABS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Subsection G. of Section 5.50.290 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
5.50.290 Driver's permit -- Application -- Fee -- Age restrictions -- Expiration
-- Renewal -- Change of carrier -- Duplicates.
G, All permits issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire on the 365th day
forrowing the date of its issuance, unress suspended or revoked as provided herein.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the provisions of the Bakersfierd
Municipal Code and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after the date of its
passage.
