AN ORDINANCE ADDING SUBSECTION C TO
SECTION 17.64.030 OF THE BAKERSFIELD
MUNICIPAL CODE AND REPEALING
SECTION 2.28.100 RELATING TO THE
AUTHORITY OF THE BOARD OF ZONING
ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Subsection C is hereby added to Section 17.64.030 of the Bakersfield Municipal
Code to read as follows:
17.64.030 Authority of board of zoning adjustment.
The board of zoning adjustment shall have authority to grant, subject to appeal to
the city council under the provisions of this title, the following:
C. Approval of Class "A" site plans.
SECTION 2.
Section 2.28.100 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code, relating to the duties of the
Board of Zoning Adjustment, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the Bakersfield Municipal Code
and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after the date of its passage.
