AN ORDINANCE ADDING SUBSECTION B 33
TO SECTION 17.22.020 OF THE
BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO PERMITTED USES IN THE C-1
NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Subsection B 33 is hereby added to Section 17.22.020 of the Bakersfield Municipal
Code to read as follows:
17.22.020 Uses permitted.
The following uses are permitted in a C-1 zone:
B. Any one or more of the following uses:
33. Shopping centers.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the Bakersfield Municipal Code
and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after the date of its passage.
