A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ORDERING CHANGE AND MODIFICATION
TO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT BOUNDARIES,
ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM AND ASSESSMENT ROLL OF
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 82-1
(STOCKDALE TRUNKLINE SEWER)
RESOLVED,

WHEREAS, the City

WHEREAS, an Assessment and Diagram were duly made and
filed with said City Council and after hearing, duly noticed and
held, said Assessment and said Diagram were confirmed and ap-
proved by Resolution No. 64-83 adopted April 20, 1983; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to amend the boundaries of
said
Assessment District No. 82-1 by including additional property and
to amend the Assessment Diagram to include said additional proper-
ty and to amend the Assessment Roll by reducing assessments on
lots, pieces and parcels within the original boundaries and
spread the reduction in said assessments against the property
being added by the proposed amendments; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has reported on said
amendments, changes and modifications, proposed credits and pro-
posed assessments, and said amendments, changes and modifications
are more particularly described in the Amended Boundary Map,
Amended Assessment Diagram and Amended Assessment Roll submitted
to this City Council and on file in the office of the Superinten-
dent of Streets of the City of Bakersfield; reference is made
thereto and they shall govern for all details thereof; and
WHEREAS, April 8, 1987, at the hour of 7:00 o'clock
p.m., in the regular meeting place of said City Council was fixed
as the time and place for hearing all persons interested therein;
and, notice of said hearing and proposed changes and modifica-
tions was given in accordance with law; and
WHEREAS, said hearing has been held and all persons
given an opportunity to be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Amended Boundary Map of said Assessment
District No. 82-1 be approved as submitted.
2. That the Amended Assessment Diagram of said Assess-
ment District No. 82-1 be approved as submitted.
3. That the Amended Assessment Roll for said Assess-
ment District No. 82-1 be approved as submitted and the reduced
assessments and new assessments are confirmed and levied as set
forth in said Amended Assessment Roll, a copy of which is at-
tached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
4. That the Finance Director of the City of Bakers-
field shall cause the reduction to existing assessments and the
new assessments to be shown on the Auditor's Roll for collection
in accordance with law and a Notice of Amended Assessment to be
recorded to set forth the new liens of assessment on the property
added to said Assessment District No. 82-1.
5. That the Superintendent of Streets shall cause the
Amended Boundary Map and the Amended Assessment Diagram to be
filed and recorded in the same manner as the original Boundary
Map and Assessment Diagram were filed and recorded for said
Assessment District No. 82-1.
