HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES NO 12-87RESOLUTION NO. 12-87 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-5 field, RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bakers- County of Kern, California, that: WHEREAS, on the 4th day of February, 1987, said City Council did adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 1019 to ac- quire and construct improvements in said City, and did refer the proposed acquisitions and improvements to the Engineer of Work, he being the officer having charge and control of the acquisi- tions of public improvements in and for said City of the kind described therein and being a competent person employed by said City for that purpose, and did therein direct said Engineer of Work to make and file with the City Clerk of said City, a report in writing all as therein more particularly described, under and pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913; and WHEREAS, said Engineer of Work has made and filed with the City Clerk of said Resolution of' Intention and which report has been presented tion; and WHEREAS, said and each and every part said City a report in writing as called for in under and pursuant to said Act, to this Council for considera- part of said Report is sufficient, and that said Report, or part thereof requires or should be modified in any respect. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: Council has duly considered said Report thereof, and finds that each and every any 1. That an estimate of the cost of the improvements and of the cost of lands, rights-of-way, easements and incidental expenses in connection with the improvements, including any cost of registering bonds, contained in said Report, be, and each of them are hereby, preliminarily approved and confirmed. 3. That the diagram showing, as they existed at the time of passage of the Resolution of Intention, all of the follow- ing: (1) The exterior boundaries of the assessment dis- trict.
