A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD ORDERING THE ACCEPTANCE
OF A PORTION OF FUTURE STREETS DEDICATED
FOR PUBLIC USE IN TRACT NO. 1370, IN THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.

WHEREAS, the following described parcel of real property
situated in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California is a portion of future streets in Tract #1370 and has
been offered for acceptance:
An easement for road purposes on, over and across the
following described property:
Those strips of land 30.00 feet in width
indicated by "future street lines" in Tract
No. #1370 as per map of said tract recorded
May 14, 1947 in Book G of maps at page 37
in the Office of the Kern County Recorder
more particularly described as follows:
The west 30.00 feet of lots 20, 21 and 22; also
the north 30.00 feet of lots 1 and 22 as shown
on said Tract No. 1370.
Also:
Those 20.00 foot radius fillet areas adjacent
to the aforedescribed 30.00 foot strips in
lots 1 and 22 as sh6wn on said Tract No. 1370.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the dedication of the aforedescribed property
is hereby accepted and said property is declared a public high-
way and incorporated into the city of Bakersfield road system.
2. That the City Clerk shall cause a copy of this
Resolution to be filed for the recordation with the County
Recorder.
