RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CHANGES
TO MODIFIED ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-2
WHEREAS, the Modified Engineer's Report for the City of
Bakersfield Assessment District No. 86-2 (hereinafter,
"Engineer's Report") separated basic information concerning City-
required improvements (i.e., sewer truck line oversizing)'and
assessment spread methodology; and
WHEREAS, in order to demonstrate benefit to assessed
properties in a clear and cohesive manner, the Engineer has pre-
pared a document entitled "Changes to the Modified Engineer's
Report for City of Bakersfield Assessment District No. 86-2,"
which document consolidates information as to improvements
required, benefit, and assessment spread in order that present
and future owners of assessed property and properties charged for
sewer truck line oversizing can effectively analyze the
Engineer's Report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that that document entitled "Changes to
Modified Engineer's Report for City of Bakersfield Assessment
District No. 86-2" is hereby accepted and approved.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
