RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.
CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM
(REAL-AKERS-HARRIS-FAIRVIEW)
86-5
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bakers-
field, State of California, that:
WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake pro-
ceedings pursuant to Special Assessment and Assessment Bond Acts
for the acquisition and financing of a public improvement project
in the City of Bakersfield; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be
served by appointing and employing an Engineer of Work for the
preparation and conducting of said proceedings and work in connec-
tion with said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That !{ILLDAN ASSOCIATES be, and they are hereby
appointed as the Engineer of Work, and employed to do and perform
all engineering work necessary in and for said proceedings for
City of Bakersfield Assessment District No. 86-5.
2. That all engineering fees and all other charges of
the Engineer of Work, including but not limited to assessment
engineering and appraisal services, be assessed as incidental
expenses of said proceedings.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on November ~9, 1986 , by the follow-
ing roll call vote:
