A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
FAIRHAVEN WATER SERVICE AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
Pursuant to the authority of Section 14.06.010 of
the Bakersfield Municipal Code, and contingent upon the
execution of agreements to annex to the City of Bakers-
field by certain property owners in the area described
in "Exhibit A" and "Exhibit B", the boundaries of the
Fairhaven Water Service Area as established by Resolution
No. 74-84 are hereby amended to include the real property
so identified on the map attached hereto and marked
Exhibit "A", which real property is described in the
legal description attached hereto and marked Exhibit

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
