A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 127-86 "DETERMINING UNPAID
ASSESSMENTS AND PROVIDING FOR ISSUANCE OF BONDS
IN THE MATTER OF CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 86-2" AND RESOLUTION NO. 128-86
"AWARDING SALE OF BONDS IN THE MATTER OF CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-2 AND
AWARDING SALE OF SERIES A BONDS"
WHEREAS, the Council
Resolution No. 128-86, cited in
1986; and
WHEREAS, conditions of
bonds of said City of Bakersfield
adopted Resolution No. 127-86 and
the title above, on August 20,
the issuance and sale of the
Assessment District No. 86-2
have subsequently undergone extensive restructuring and clarifica-
tion is best achieved by rescission of the two cited Resolutions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, that Resolution No. 127-86 and
Resolution No. 128-86, cited in the title above, and adopted
August 20, 1986, be, and they are hereby, rescinded.
