RESOLUTION C~F COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
OVERRULING OBJECTIONS AND PROTESTS, IF ANY, AND
CONFIRMING ORDER THAT CURB, GUTTER AND CONNECTING
PAVING BE INSTALLED ALONG MESA GRANDE STREET IN
FRONT OF PARCEL C, TRACT NO. 2263.
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets on October 16,
1986, gave notice as required by law directing that the owner
of property identified as Parcel C, Tract No. 2263 (the
"property") commence construction within 60 days of curb and gut-
ter (with connecting paving) along Mesa Grande Street in front of
the property.
WHEREAS, said notice to construct specified 7:00 P.M.,
or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on October 29,
1986, as the time and date for this Council to hear and pass upon
objections or protests; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was held by the Council in accor-
dance with said notice and this Council has fully considered each
and every objection and protest, if any.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that each and every objection to the notice to con-
struct is overruled and the notice to construct is confirmed, the
Council having determined that the public convenience and neces-
sity require installation of such improvements in front of the
property.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on October 29, 1986
by the following vote:
