RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD OVERRULING PROTESTS ON
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1005
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-3
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
California, that:
WHEREAS, this Council did on June 18, 1986, adopt its
Resolution of Intention No. 1005 to
