A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ADOPTING SEWER PLANS FOR ROSE-
DALE PLAZA AND "K" AND 2ND STREET PLANNED
SEWER AREAS AND MAKING FINDINGS RELATIVE
THERETO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66483 of the California Government Code,
this Council is, upon the making of specified findings, authorized to adopt
sewer plans for local and neighborhood sewer areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
1. The Council hereby finds that, as to the Rosedale Plaza Planned
Sewer Area and the "K" and 2nd Street Planned Sewer Area, as described in the
plans and maps therefore attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
subdivision and development of property within each such area will require con-
struction of facilities, described in each such plan, and that the fees provided
in each such plan are fairly apportioned within each such area will require con-
struction of facilities, described in each such plan, and that the fees provided
in each such plan are fairly apportioned within each such area either on the
basis of benefits conferred on property proposed for subdivision or on the need
for such facilities created by the proposed subdivision and development of other
property within each such area.
2. The Rosedale Plaza Planned Sewer Area Plan and the "K" and 2nd
Street Planned Sewer Area Plan are hereby adopted.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted
by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 16th day of July , 19 86 , by the following vote:
