A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROVING AGREEMENT AND APPOINTING
FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS FOR CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-3 - OUTFALL PIPELINE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to undertake
proceedings pursuant to special assessment and assessment bond
acts for the construction and financing of a public improvement
project in Assessment District No. 86-3; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be
served appointing and employing a financial consultant for said
bond sale proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield as follows:
1. That the agreement presented herewith and employing
BARTLE WELLS ASSOCIATES, municipal financing consultants, be and
it is hereby approved and includes inter alia, financial consult-
ing services required in the conduct of proceedings of city of
Bakersfield Assessment District No. 86-3, and that the compensa-
tion be and it is hereby fixed at the amount set forth in said
agreement.
2. That all. consultant fees and charges be assessed as
incidental expenses of said proceedings.
3. That the Nayor is hereby authorized to execute the
agreement.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day of July ,
1986, by the following vote:

ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-2 - BUENA VISTA
TRUNKLINE.
WHEREAS, the city Council has determined to undertake
proceedings pursuant to special assessment and assessment bond
acts for the construction and financing of a public improvement
project in Assessment District No. 86-2; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be
served appointing and employing a financial consultant for said
bond sale proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
city of Bakersfield as follows:
