A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 36-86
MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND APPROVING AGREEMENTS
RELATING TO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-1
(PANORAMA HIGHLANDS).
WHEREAS, following City Council adoption of Resolution
No. 36-86, it has been determined that the duties of Engineer of
Work and Assessment Engineer should be divided between two sepa-
rate engineering firms in accordance with their particular
expertise.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
city of Bakersfield as follows:
Section 5 of Resolution No. 36-86 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
SECTION 5. That SIMPSON-VANCUREN, INC. is hereby appointed
Engineer of Work for such proceedings and WILLDAN
ASSOCIATES is hereby appointed Assessment Engineer,
each to perform duties to be specified in agreements
to be executed.
