NOTICE OF VIOLATION & SCHEDULE FOR COMPLIANCE
Dear Mr. Kang:
Our records indicate that your, temporary closure on the above-
mentioned UST site will expire on December 31,2004.
Your tanks have been out of service since October 15, 2001.
This office has granted several extensions so that you could make
application and get on the clean up list. We understand that your
application has been accepted.
You are now required to either remove your underground
storage tanks or put them back into service.
Should you plan to put the tanks back into service, you must
make the necessary upgrades to comply with current code
requirements. These are as follows:
1)
You must install under-dispenser containment (UDC's) on
all fuel pumps.
2)
You must install turbine sumps to protect the environment
from any future turbine leaks.
3)
By April 1, 2005 you must install new fill buckets to conform
to A.P.C.D. requirements.
4)
You are required to install an outside emergency shut-off
device. (Push-pull type.)

certify tanks and lines are still cathodically protected.
2) Prior to opening you must perform a precision tank and line test.
To avoid further enforcement action, you must either remove the tanks or make the
necessary upgrades prior to February 1, 2005.
