The following is Shirley Environmental Corporation's work plan for performing Enhanced Leak
Detection (ELD) testing on three (3) underground stòrage tanks (UST) at the above referenced
location. Shirley Environmental Corporation is a licensed affiliate of Praxair Services providing
Enhanced Leak Detection services throughout California.
The scheduled work plan is to provide Enhanced Leak Detection, services (0.005 gph sensitivity)
to the above referenced facility with a technological method that meets the requirements set forth
in SB 989.
Each tank will be inoculated with an individual Tracer. Inoculation is to be performed following
strict guidelines established by Praxair Services.
Six (6) probes will be installed around the tanks to a depth of approximately 10 feet below grade.
Five (5) additional probes will be installed to a depth of 12 to 18 inches below grade along the
vent lines and piping runs.

Eleven (11) samples will be collected from the probe locations approximately 7 to 14 days from
the date of inoculation. Samples may also be taken from any applicable tank annular spaces and
piping secondary containment. These will be collected following strict guidelines of the Praxair
Services laboratory in Tucson, Arizona. The samples will be analyzed as discreet samples in
addition to the spill buckets being hydrostatically tested.
