Accordingly, in accordance with Condition 31, we shall provide the Department with an action plan for its review and approval prior to any remediation work performed on the subject site. This plan will include provisions for the handling of any toxic or hydrocarbon materials that may be encountered in the remediation, a section that deals with the effects of any biological impacts that would result from the clean up standards in the plan, and a section that would define the saturation soils levels in the plan standards. We are looking forward to working closely with the Department in this and all future remediation efforts. ---.,.. ~. , ., om as D.
