NOTICE OF VIOLATION & SCHEDULE FOR COMPLIANCE
RE: Failure to Submit/Perform Annual Maintenance on Leak Detection System
Dear Underground Storage Tank Owner:
Our records indicate that your annual maintenance certification on your leak detection
system was past due on December 3, 2004.
You are currently in violation of Section.2641 (J) of the California Code of Regulations.
"Equipment and devices used to monitor underground storage
tanks shall be installed, calibrated. operated and maintained in
accordance with manufacturer's instructions, including routine
maintenance and service checks at least once per calendar year
for operability and running condition."
You are hereby notified that you have thirty (30) days, January 3, 2005, to either
perform or submit your annual certification to this office. Failure to comply will result
in revocation of your permit to operate your underground storage system.
