RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD TO SUB~IT APPLICATION TO AMEND
STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
PERMIT TO OPERATE A NEW WATER WELL.
WHEREAS, Pursuant and subject to all of the terms,
conditions and provisions of Division 5, Part 1, Cha~ter 7,
Sections 4010 to 4035 of the California Health and Safetv Code
and all amendments thereto, relating to domestic water supplies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield as follows:
1) The Council hereby files an an~lication to said
State Department of Health for an amended ~ermit to serve
domestic water to the City of Bakersfield ~unici~al Water System
and to include as source water a new groundwater well, known
as Pumping Plant #17 (Station #17).
2) Application shall include all water analyses, well
logs, and site Dlans as required for permit.

form furnished by the State Department of Health (Domestic Water Supplies, Form A2) and a copy o~ such resolution. duly
