RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.
BUENA VISTA TRUNKLINE
86-2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bakers-
field, State of California, that:
WHFREAS, this Council has determined to undertake pro-
ceedings pursuant to Special Assessment and Assessment Bond Acts
for the acquisition and financing of a public improvement project
in the City of Bakersfield: and
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be
served by appointing and employing an Engineer of Work for the
preparation and conducting of said proceedin&s and work in connec-
tion with said improvements.
WHEREAS, developer will provide engineering services for
the preparation of the assessment report for review and approval
of Engineer of Work.
NOW, TBEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLL~S:
1. That the Director of Public Works of the City of
Bakersfield be, and he is hereby appointed as the Engineer of
Work, and employed to do and perform all engineerin~ work neces-
sary in and for said proceedings for City of Bakersfield Assess-
ment District No. 86-2.
2. The Engineer of Work is further authorized to re-
ceive, review, approve and utilize assessment engineering services
being provided for Assessment District No. R6-2 by Ed Wilson of
Wilson & Associates.
3. That all engineerin~ fees and all other charges of
the Engineer of Work, including but not limited to assessment
engineering services, be assessed as incidental expenses of said
proceedings.
