CONSENT CALENDAR a. Minutes of the regular meeting of June 14, 2004. b. Approval of department payments from June 4, 2004, to July 1, 2004, in the amount of $83,485.60. Motion by Mishoe, seconded by Schroeder, to approve the Consent Calendar. REPORTS None. UNFINISHED BUSINESS None. NL=W BUSINESS a. City Place Agreement with Donna Kisela, Successor Trustee of the Ted M. Mull and Eva F. Mull Family Trust to purchase real property located at 1401 mS" Street for $103,000.00, CalHFA Funds. Property Manager Don Anderson responded to questions on behalf of staff. Motion by Prince, seconded by Mishoe to approve the Agreement. Kern Tud Supply, Inc. for $401,500.00 to purchase properties located at 709 and 712 Lake Street and 708 Kentucky Street. Property Manager Don Anderson and Economic and Community Development Director Donna Kunz responded to questions on behalf of staff. Motion by Schroeder, seconded by Prince, to approve the Agreement. AGENCY STATEMENTS None. CLOSED SESSION Conference with Real Property Negotiators pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8 Property: 1400 Q Street, Bakersfield, California Agency Negotiators: Real Property Manager Donald Anderson Negotiating Parties: H.W. Lakeshore Pines Development, a California Joint Venture comprised of Herbert Wolas, an individual and Lakeshore Pines Development Incorporated- California a California corporation. Under Negotiation: Price and terms of payment for Purchase Motion by Bentley, seconded by Schroeder to adjourn to Closed Session at 4:20 p.m. Motion by Schroeder, seconded by Martinez, to adjourn from Closed at 4:55 p.m. WORKSHOP None.
