NEW BUSINESS
Purchase of Real Property for the Old Town-Kern Mixed
Use Project; Agreement between the Bakersfield
Redevelopment Agency and Ismael Valdez Ochoa and
EIda Luz Ochoa for $16, 900.00 to purchase properly
located at 1027 Baker Street.
Economic Development Director Kunz and Property
Manager Anderson made staff comments.
Motion by Mishoe, seconded by Prince to approve the
purchase Agreement.
AGENCY STATEMENTS
Chairperson Cohen thanked the Agency and staff for
accomplishing a large volume of work during his absence
the past two months.
Member Bentley requested information regarding valuation
of appraisals. Property Manager Anderson responded.

redevelopment project areas.
David Lyman made the staff presentation.
