CONSENT CALENDAR a. Minutes of the regular meeting September 13, 2004. b. Approval of department payments from September 3, 2004 to September 23, 2004 in the amount of $1,058,656.99. Motion by Davenport, seconded by Schroeder, to approve the Consent Calendar. REPORTS None. UNFINISHED BUSINESS None. (Code Civ. Proc. § 1245.230) (Ward 2) Three items of correspondence were received after the agenda was posted from Dave Cross, on Behalf of H.W. Lakeshore Pines Joint Venture, opposing the staff recommendation and requesting opportunity to speak at the headng. Economic and Community Development Director Kunz made staff comments. Hearing opened at 4:13 p.m. Dave Cross, on behalf of H.W. Lakeshore Pines Joint Venture, Michael Rosenberg, President of Bakersfield Development, LLC, and David Trestin, Bakersfield Development, LLC, spoke in opposition to the staff recommendation. Donna Kunz, Economic and Community Development Director and Charles Webb, Development Associate spoke in favor of the staff recommendation. Michael Rosen spoke in rebuttal opposition to the staff recommendation. Hearing closed at 4:39 p.m. Motion by Mishoe, seconded by Davenport, to approve the Resolution of Necessity.
