CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Minutes of the November 8, 2004 meeting.
b. Approval of department payments from October 29, 2004 to
December 2, 2004 in the amount of $3,380.62.
Motion by Bentley, seconded by Prince to approve the motion.

NEW BUSINESS
Agreement with Norman A. Tauchen to purchase real
property located at 102 E. White Lane for $102,000.00 for
future Southeast Fire Station Development and
authorization of Southeast Tax Increment funds for the
purchase.
Motion by Schroeder, seconded by Prince, to approve the
Agreement and authorize use of Southeast Tax Increment
funds for the purchase.
Stipulated settlement between the Bakersfield
Redevelopment Agency and Juan Heredia for $106,250.00
to purchase property located at 1009 Baker Street for the
Old Town-Kern Mixed Use Project.
Motion by Bentley, seconded by Schroeder, to approve the
settlement.
AGENCY STATEMENTS
Agency Member Martinez requested an update on the Abdullah
negotiations; Property Manager Anderson responded on behalf of
staff.
Agency Member Prince extended warm holiday wishes to staff and
Agency Members.
