RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD FOR PRELIMINARY
APPROVAL OF ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-3

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bakers-
County of Kern, California, that:
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of June, 1986, said City

said Resolution of Intention and under and pursuapt to said Act,
which report has been presented to this Council for considera-
tion: and
WHEREAS, said Council has duly considered said Report
and each and every part thereof, and finds that each snd every
part of said Report is sufficient, and that said Report, or any
part thereof requires or should be modified in any respect.

NOW~ THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That a general description of works and appliances

5. That said Report shall stand as the Enqineer's
Report for the purposes of all subseGuent proceedinqs had
