HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES NO 75-86RESOLUTION NO. 75-86 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-3 field, RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bakers- County of Kern, California, that: WHEREAS, on the 18th day of June, 1986, said City Council did adopt its Resolution of improvements in said City and County, acquisitions and improvements to the the officer having charge and public improvements in and for therein and being a competent Intention ~o. 1005 to acquire and did refer the proposed Engineer of Work, he being control of the acGuisitions of said City of the kind described person employed by said City for that purpose, and did therein direct said EnGineer of Work to make and file with the City Clerk of said City, a report in writing all as therein more particularly described, under and pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: and WHEREAS, said Engineer of Work has made and filed with the City Clerk of said City a report in writing as called for in said Resolution of Intention and under and pursuapt to said Act, which report has been presented to this Council for considera- tion: and WHEREAS, said Council has duly considered said Report and each and every part thereof, and finds that each snd every part of said Report is sufficient, and that said Report, or any part thereof requires or should be modified in any respect. and of the improvements to be acGuired, contained in said Report, and they are hereby, preliminarily approved and confirmed. NOW~ THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: 1. That a general description of works and appliances any other property necessary or convenient for the operation be, 2.
