RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-3
ACQUISITION OF EFFLUENT DISPOSAL PIPELINE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT NO. 3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bakers-
field, State of California, that:
WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake pro-
ceedings pursuant to Special Assessment and Assessment Bond Acts
for the acquisition and financing of a public improvement project
in the unincorporated area of the County of Kern:
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be
served by appointing and employing an Engineer of $~ork for the
preparation and conducting of said proceedings and work in connec-
tion with said improvements.
WHEREAS, developer will provide engineering and apprai-
sal services for the preparation of the assessment report for
review and approval of Engineer of Work.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Director of Public Works of the City of
Bakersfield be, and he is hereby appointed as the Engineer of
Work, and employed to do and perform all engineering work neces-
sary in and for said proceedings for City of Bakersfield Assess-
ment District No. 86-3.
2. The Engineer of Work is further authorized to re-
ceive, review, approve and utilize assessment engineering services
and appraisal services being provided for Assessment District
86-3 by Ed Wilson of Wilson & Associates and
Associates, Inc., resDectively.
3. That all engineering fees and all
the Engineer of Work, including but not
engineering and appraisal services, be
expenses of said proceedings.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 18th day of June ,
1986, by the following vote:

Dickerson, Moore, Ratty
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
