AMENDMENT NO. 15 TO RESOLUTION NO. 122-01
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE GENERAL SUPERVISORY,
POLICE SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT UNITS
AND ADOPTING SALARY SCHEDULE AND RELATED
BENEFITS FOR ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN II
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 122-01 sets salaries and related benefits for
employees of the General Supervisory, Police Supervisory and Management Units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective immediately following Council action, the Salary Schedule, a
part of the Resolution No. 122-01 is hereby amended as follows:

DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS:
This class is a department head with responsibiliw for policy development, program planning, fiscal
management, administration and operational direction of the finance function. The incumbent is
responsible for accomplishing department objectives and goals within guidelines established by the Ci~
Council and City Manager.

Training and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors Degree
