A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ADOPTING SEWER PLANS FOR TERRACE
WAY-HUGHES LANE, LAVERN AVENUE AND WOOD LANE
PLANNED SEWER AREAS AND MAKING FINDINGS RELA-
TIVE THERETO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66483 of the California Government Code,
this Council is, upon the making of specified findings, authorized to adopt
sewer plans for local and neighborhood sewer areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
1. The Council hereby finds that, as to the Terrace Way-Hughes Lane
Planned Sewer Area, the Lavern Avenue Planned Sewer Area and the Wood Lane
Planned Sewer Area as described in the plans and maps therefore attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, subdivision and development of property
within each such area will require construction of facilities, described in
such plan, and that the fees provided in each such plan are fairly apportioned
within each such area either on the basis of benefits conferred on property pro-
posed for subdivision or on the need for such facilities created by the proposed
subdivision and development of other property within each such area.
2. The Terrace Way-Hughes Lane Planned Sewer Area Plan, the Lavern
Avenue Planned Sewer Area Plan and the Wood Lane Planned Sewer Area Plan are
hereby adopted.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the20th day of November , 1985
